Welcome to Ascend: Quit Porn & Rewire (the "App"), operated by Ascend ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App due to the sensitive nature of content and services provided. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions:
Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms.
To manage or cancel your subscription, please use the subscription management features provided by Apple or Google in your device settings. We do not directly handle subscription cancellations or refunds.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
The App includes community features where users may post content, comments, and messages. You retain ownership of content you create but grant us a license to use it as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree to follow community guidelines and not post content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, or violates others' rights. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
The App includes AI-generated coaching content. This is not medical, professional, or therapeutic advice and should not replace consultation with qualified professionals.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion for violation of these Terms or other policies.
All content and materials provided by the App are owned by or licensed to Ascend. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ascend is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
The App's subscriptions are governed by Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies. Please review their terms for billing, refunds, and disputes.
Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the state of Ascend's headquarters, and you agree to binding arbitration as the exclusive remedy.
